Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late affects the quality of your service and the schedule for other clients. • Clients arriving 10 minutes late or more may need to reschedule their appointment. • If your appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply. • If you arrive late but I am still able to service you, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time.
