Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late affects the quality of your service and the schedule for other clients. • Clients arriving 10 minutes late or more may need to reschedule their appointment. • If your appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply. • If you arrive late but I am still able to service you, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. Please communicate if you are running late. I understand that life happens, but respecting appointment times helps keep the day running smoothly for everyone. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to book. No deposit = no appointment. Payments: Remaining balance can be paid with Apple Pay, Zelle, or cash. Hair Included: Hair is included in natural colors only (1, 1B, 2, 4). Location: 3405 Tyre Neck Rd Suites 4 & 6, Portsmouth, VA. Guests/Children: No extra guests or children allowed unless they are being serviced. Late Policy: Please arrive on time. Appointments will be canceled after 10 minutes late and deposit forfeited. Rescheduling: Must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may transfer once. Hair Prep: Please arrive with clean, product-free hair unless your service includes a wash. Booking: All appointments must be booked online. No DM bookings. ✨
