✨ Arious Hair Studio Policies ✨ 💳 Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit goes toward your total service cost. 📅 Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit will transfer to your new date. ❌ Cancellations Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the remaining balance. ⏰ Late Policy There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied. After 20 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited. 🔄 Style Changes If you would like to change your style, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance. • Your total will be adjusted based on the new style selected. • Deposits will still go toward the new service total. • Same-day or last-minute style changes may result in a $20 style change fee. 💵 Remaining Balance / Forms of Payment The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Accepted forms of payment: • Apple Pay • Cash • Card payments through booking site • Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay (available through booking site) 🚫 No Call / No Show No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service total and will be banned from future bookings. ✨ Thank you for choosing Arious Hair Studio! ✨
